Philip Clark | Unilock

Phil brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the landscape construction industry to his role as Territory Manager of Commercial Sales at Unilock. His journey began after graduating from George Brown College with a degree in Architectural Technician studies, where he quickly immersed himself in the field of design and construction, completing the Landscape Ontario Landscape Apprenticeship program and gaining valuable insights into the landscape industry.

Throughout his career, Phil has not only designed and built numerous residential properties but has also assisted in establishing new landscape businesses. His deep understanding of both the practical and theoretical aspects of landscaping has made him a trusted advisor and mentor to fellow landscapers and contractors, helping them navigate and succeed in a competitive market.
 

Phil Jackson | Jackson Pond

Over 30 years later, what started out as a high school summer job, has turned into a full-time passion and career. In 2002, Jackson Pond was born, turning this passion into the successful business it is today. From their Design Centre and retail store in Burlington, Ontario, Jackson Pond designs, builds and maintains award winning water features across Canada. Phil is most proud of the team his is surrounded by, and credits them for the numerous awards and success that the company has achieved.

When Phil is not at work he spends his time with his wife, three kids and three dogs. While chaotic at times, Phil loves being actively involved in his kids' activities by coaching and helping with various teams and functions. 
 

Mark Poloniato | Oakridge Landscape Contractors

Mark’s background in managing all types of landscape projects comes from generations of family involvement in the landscape industry, coupled with a Landscape Technician diploma from Humber College. Together with the company’s construction team, he has continued to maintain Oakridge Landscape Contractor’s strong presence through various projects in Hamilton, Niagara, Western Ontario and the GTA.
